We're a self producing engineering and development company, focusing on the bike and Cargobike industy.
All the parts we design and engineered we can produce in house, we've the capacity to produce parts fully automated with our CNC machines but also have the capability to produce single pieces with manual machines or fully by hand.
The chosen method always depend on the requirements that we want to achieve, however the common good is that they are all engineered and build for a lifetime!
The Classic Cargo
Every Classic cargo is made by hand and made to match individual specifications. Always the ultimate challenge to transform 15 meter of Chromoly steel tubing into the iconic cargo space frame.
Every individual bike has 93 brazing points, 20 tig welds and numerous small details to make it a true work of art.
To guarantee a cargo bike of this outstanding quality, Elian builds them with a small team of professionals, also limiting the number of cargo bike builds to 20 unique pieces per year.
The McCargo
Every McCargo is build in our workshop in the Netherlands. The McCargo is based on the in house developed Flatframe principle, similair to a chassis in the automotive industry, All technical functionality is incorporated or attached to the Flatframe.
The Flatframe is produced confirm the latest technologies by 3d bending, 3d lasercutting and robot welding.
The Topframe is a mixture modern production technologies combined with the smooth finish of manual Tigwelds and finishing.
The Top- and Flat-frame are bonded with an automotive 3M glue solution into our assembly process.
